Ms. Selengut’s practice is primarily focused on the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA), as well as employee benefits and executive compensation matters. She regularly counsels financial institutions, private equity sponsors, and investment funds on ERISA plan asset issues, fiduciary duties, and prohibited transaction rules.
