He has extensive experience handling asset acquisitions and sales, financings, and corporate restructurings across a range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, banking, real estate, aviation, construction, oil and gas, and energy.
A strategic and practical advisor, Clay guides clients through transactions, financings, restructurings, and asset or equity sales with a focus on achieving both immediate and long-term business objectives.
